I love this movie need I say more it's just great. Very very sad to see John Wayne struggling here to read the names, what did he succumb to. By the sound of your voice, you are not very old. I think it's great that you have an interest in cinema, that transends you. I just rewatched the film for the first time since i was a kid. It is such a powerful movie, and i agree, that it's almost a relief to see characters be developed properly without a lot of exposition. Long shots, without a bunch of meaningless talk. Anyway peace from DK. Quite simply one of the best and most moving movies ever made, from back in the day when winning and Oscar was a sign of quality.

A clip every 4 sec and then it says The Deerhunter lol. This movie is honestly amazing, I have read the book and fell in love with it, read and performed the play - loved it. This story a twisted, yet wonderful one. And I highly recommend the movie/play/book to anyone with an interest of human behavior and the interaction between people. just I simply love this movie.
